Having a look around at what’s available we decided to have a look at some video editing tools that can be used on a Smartphone and the results were quite surprising. The basic premise was to discover what’s out there, what these tools can do as we start to look at the building blocks for our online shop and its promotion.

This is a little behind the scenes look at the media we used.

Media

A smartphone was used to capture around 6 or 7 videos and we used an SLR to capture around 20 stills to a memory card that we transferred to via WiFi directly to the smartphone for the video editing.

The final cut

The final cut was put together within about 20mins with some music added and included only two stills and one of the videos that was taken. Below is a video showing the final cut, which was relatively painless to make.
